Keep Montgomery County Beautiful (KMCB) was formed in 2004 by a group of citizens who saw a need to network the many individuals, groups and resources actively working on beautification and environmental issues in Montgomery County. KMCB’s by-laws provide for 18 board members – 2 from each of the KMCB districts and 6 at-large.
Because Montgomery County is such a large and diverse county, it was determined that KMCB would be organized to fully represent each area. The following organizational districts are provided for in KMCB’s by-laws:
| District One: |
Conroe ISD (N of FM 242 or North of FM1488 to the West of 242E of I-45 & North of TX Hwy 242) |
| District Two: |
Willis ISD |
| District Three: |
Splendora ISD, New Caney ISD and Cleveland ISD |
| District Four: |
Conroe ISD south of 242 or south of FM 1488 to the west of 242 |
| District Five: |
Magnolia ISD and Tomball ISD |
