Christine and her family moved to Texas in 1989 to be closer to family members after her husband retired from the U.S, Navy. First thing she did was buy a horse for her daughters and of course, ended up in the county where they enjoy the woods, various wildlife visitors, and horseback riding. Her background includes 20 years in Human Resources working in civil service, non-profit organizations, corporate America, and serving in the U.S. Navy.

After ending one career, Christine created a new company, Proforma Creative Promotions, which is a marketing and promotional company located in Magnolia, Texas. She is a Certified Media Solutions Specialist and has a master’s degree in Human Resources. Recently her company was awarded the US Commerce Association award, nominated as a 2010 Diversity Business Awardee, and was accepted into the Strathmore’s Who’s Who.

Keep Montgomery County Beautiful is a “down to earth” organization that continually looks for ways to improve the areas we live and enjoy. This organization consistently helps promote education, encourages others to recycle, participates in community programs, and improves the beauty of our county. Whatever the task - this wonderful group of energetic and committed members continue to support the mission of the organization and looks for ways to educate in a fun and memorable way. It is great working with such a dedicated group of talented board members.
